CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

PAYMENT & PRICING

All project costs will be agreed upon before work begins.

Work will only begin after receiving the agreed deposit or full payment, as applicable.
All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, except in cases where Ebooklynk is unable to fulfill the service due to unforeseen circumstances.

CONFIDENTIALITY

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All original work we create for you becomes your property upon full payment, unless otherwise stated in writing.
Ebooklynk retains the right to showcase portions of completed projects in our portfolio, unless you request otherwise in writing before project completion.

DEADLINES & DELIVERY

We strive to meet all agreed deadlines. However, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as late submissions from the client or technical issues. Any changes to timelines will be communicated promptly.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

While we take every measure to deliver error-free and high-quality work, Ebooklynk is not liable for indirect damages, lost sales, or reputational loss resulting from the use of our services. You are responsible for reviewing all final files before publishing.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our work may involve collaboration with third-party platforms or services (e.g., Amazon Kindle, IngramSpark). Ebooklynk is not responsible for issues arising from these platforms but will provide guidance for resolution where possible.

TERMINATION OF SERVICES

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. In such cases, the client is responsible for payment for all completed work up to the termination date.
